New players are invited and encouraged to join CWBL veterans for a scrimmage and some baseball drills on Saturday, October 3, at 9:30 a.m. at Bedford Park (directions). If you're serious about playing baseball and want to know what we're all about, this is the best way to get involved. Get a head start on next season by coming out to meet the players and take some swings, then join us afterwards for pizza.
**Weather update: We will meet as scheduled at the field. If it's too soggy, we'll caravan to the nearby batting cages. Bring your gym shoes just in case! I'll bring directions. See you there!
